All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary based on location:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AFOOI is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team at afooi.customercare@afooigetbaked.com.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used items. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. But please don't hesitate to email, there will always be a viable solution to any problem you may encounter.
